FAQs

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

General

  • What are your business hours?

    9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

  • What is the lead time for your products?

Customers are encouraged to email us via our contact page to check stock before placing an order. There are lead times on all stone that is cut to order (cladding stone and sandstones). Stone panels are generally on 2 - 7 working days lead time. A common misfortune that people can fall foul of is arranging tradesmen when they are expecting to receive their goods. If their goods don't turn up when they expect or they arrive damaged they may have to pay wasted labour charges. We always recommend that you wait until delivery before arranging tradesmen. Please make provision for this happening.

  • I have ordered some cladding from you. Do you lay or install them as well?

We do not offer installation as we are suppliers only. Please refer to FAQs for stone types below for indication of skills required.

  • Can you recommend contractors to us?

For bigger or more complicated jobs, we can recommend a reputable contractors. However, a majority of our stone can be fitted by a trades person or a skilled DIYer.

  • Do you send samples?

Yes, we do. We can send you a sample of most stones on our website.

  • I want to cancel my order. What do i do?

You are entitled to cancellation without giving a reason within 14 days from delivery of goods. Please note that sales to business customers, stone cut to order or to your measurements are excluded from the right to cancel. On receipt of returned goods, we will refund the cost of goods in re-sellable condition (e.g. boxes intact, dry) and delivery costs. We do not arrange returns, therefore customers are responsible for returning the goods to us and any costs associated with it. If, at our discretion, we agree to arrange a collection of goods from you, we will charge £90 + VAT per each pallet returned (up to 1000kg each).
