Question: What is the lead time for your products?
Answer: Customers are encouraged to email us via our contact page to check stock before placing an order. There are lead times on all stone that is cut to order (cladding stone and sandstones). Stone panels are generally on 2 - 7 working days lead time. A common misfortune that people can fall foul of is arranging tradesmen when they are expecting to receive their goods. If their goods don't turn up when they expect or they arrive damaged they may have to pay wasted labour charges. We always recommend that you wait until delivery before arranging tradesmen. Please make provision for this happening.
Question: How are the goods delivered?
Answer: Majority of orders are delivered via Palletways network or Davies Turner on vehicles with a tail-lift which can be 7.5 ton or 18 ton vehicles. Delivery is to kerbside or nature strip only using a hand operated pallet truck. You must inform us about any diffcult access as abortive deliveries and re-deliveries will be charged at £35 + VAT per pallet.
Question: There is a difficult access to my property. Will you be able to deliver?
Answer: We are able to arrange different methods of delivery. For larger orders we use artic lorries, and for difficult access we can request delivery on a samll vehicle. We must know of anny issues before an order is placed. In some instances we can arrange a delivery on a hiab, albeit at much higher cost.
Question: I have ordered some cladding from you. Do you lay or install them as well?
Answer: We do not offer installation as we are suppliers only. Please refer to FAQs for stone types below for indication of skills required.

Question: Do you send samples?
Answer: Yes, we do. We can send you a sample of each stone on our website.
Question: How much does a sample cost?
Answer: This varies depending on how many samples you want
to order and the type of stone. Please refer to the box on the left hand side. As a general rule, the cost of samples will be deducted from the order value.
Question: How many samples can I get?
Answer: As many as you require.
Question: I want to cancel my order. What do i do?
Answer: You are entitled to cancellation without giving a reason within 14 days from delivery of goods. Please note that sales to business customers, stone cut to order or to your measurements are excluded from the right to cancel. On receipt of returned goods, we will refund the cost of goods in re-sellable condition (e.g. boxes intact, dry) and delivery costs. We do not arrange returns, therefore customers are responsible for returning the goods to us and any costs associated with it.
